Cross Country season is almost here! All practices start August 1st.

Directions

Directions to the Duck Pond (Buena Vista Park)
The "Duck Pond" is actually Buena Vista Park located on Antigua Way in Vista (one block west of the Shadowridge/Melrose intersection). Take Highway 78 west to Vista and take the Sycamore Exit .Left onto Sycamore. Proceed south on Sycamore (you will go under the freeway) until you get to Shadowridge. Make a right onto Shadowridge and follow Shadowridge for approximately 2 miles. When you reach Melrose proceed through the intersection (you will see ball fields on your right). Go past the ball fields to the next street which is Antigua and make a left. This will take you directly into the park.

Directions to Kit Carson Park
Kit Carson Park is in Escondido. From interstate 15 take Via Rancho Parkway East. Via Rancho Parkway turns into Bear Valley Parkway about after about .5 miles. Kit Carson Park is on the left side at 3333 Bear Valley Parkway. Turn at the stop light into the park and go to the back near the big "snake" in the grass. Park anywhere close by. Runs start on the grass and go through the hills directly behind.

Directions to Canyonside Park in Rancho Penasquitos
From interstate 15 take state route 56 west to Black Mountain Rd. Turn left (going South) onto Black Mountain Rd. Approximately 1 mile down the hillon the right side turn right into Canyonside Park on Canyonside Park Dr. Drive to the back of the park near the last Softball/Baseball field. Park anywhere. We enter the PQ preserve from the end of Canyonside Park. See Map
